Customer Success Manager

We’re widely known for our quality and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for a customer service team leader (“Customer Success Manager”) who genuinely enjoys navigating challenges and helping customers. Shift: 8am-5pm. Pay rate: Commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a lead role in a team of four Publisher Services professionals, which includes planning, mail data, and prepress specialists.
- Maintain responsibility for the overall success of the customer relationship, providing a superior customer experience that sets Lane Press apart from its competitors.
- Effectively collaborate with the team and other internal resources to drive positive outcomes.
- Understand each customer’s general business model and production/distribution challenges, and provide suggestions and expert advice to solve or improve their challenges.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional account management experience; knowledge of publishing and/or print industry a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Has the ability to effectively present information, respond, and follow-up on questions and inquiries from customers.
- Skilled in and problem solving and issue resolution.

Planning Specialist
Lane Press prints, binds, and mails high-quality magazines for publishers around the country. We’re widely known for our quality and craftsmanship, and we’re seeking dedicated, collaborative, friendly employees to join our team.
We’re looking for a Planning Specialist to manage job-related information and instructions to ensure that our customers’ jobs print according to specifications and schedule. Shift: 8am-5pm. Pay rate: Commensurate with experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Process instructions for printing, binding, and distribution of magazines.
- Provide support and assistance to all team members in Lane’s Publisher Services group.
- Monitor daily schedules for the team accounts. Communicates any changes to internal production groups.
- Assist in the new customer onboarding process for all new customers assigned to the team.
- Present information to and follow up on questions from customers and internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a project management/planning role.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately within a team environment; giving great attention to detail and displaying the initiative to quickly identify and resolve variances and discrepancies.
- Highly motivated and quality conscious.
- Possesses a positive, can-do attitude.
