Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm)

Job Description

Lane Press is looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants more than just a maintenance job. We’re seeking someone who wants to develop valuable industrial maintenance skills, work alongside experienced professionals, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

This is a 2nd Shift position with an additional 6% shift differential.

Pay commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair production equipment and facility systems
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
  • Work with PLCs, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance technicians on larger repairs and projects
  • Help maintain a safe, efficient, and productive operation

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to safety
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player
  • Experience with industrial production equipment preferred
